We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges or returns of any kind, however, we do give you the solution for Store Credit or a Partial Refund!
Item Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Requesting a Refund
To request a Refund, please get in contact with us through our email: [email protected]. We will gladly help you with any issue you may have.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3-7 business days of receipt of the cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your refund yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your purchase. Once the request is carefully inspected, an email with the store credit/discount will be sent.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
