What do I do if I received a damaged item?Updated 2 years ago

We will gladly replace the damaged item if eligible.

Please send us an email at 
[email protected] and our team will review and determine if the product is eligible for a replacement. Kindly include as many pictures as possible of the damaged items, including the box that your items arrived in.

For replacement of damaged items: 
1. Premium Jewelry (Premium Heart pendants, Message Cards, Dog tags, and Photo Upload Jewelry) production usually takes between 1-3 business days.

2. Our Name Necklaces (custom/personalized pieces) usually take between 8 - 11 Business Days.

Once the item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
